It’s time for another update from our kitchen to yours — with market dates, new bakes, and a heads-up for July! Whether you’re a long-time supporter or just discovered us, thank you for being part of our spi·ti·kó journey. Here’s what’s been cooking…
Markets This Month – Come Say Hi!
We’ve got two exciting markets lined up over the next two weekends — and we’d love to see you there!

We’ll be bringing all your favourites (and a few new surprises), so pop in and grab something fresh and homemade! Our Greek meatballs (keftedes) have been a hit at the markets so far — have you tried them yet?
New Arrivals: Pita Bread & Butter Biscuits
We’ve added two new treats to our menu:
🥖 Homemade Pita Bread – soft, warm, and perfect for dipping, wrapping, or snacking on its own.
🍪 Greek-Style Butter Biscuits (koulourakia) – melt-in-your-mouth, buttery and comforting.
These are currently available only at the markets, but we’ll be adding them to the website soon.
We have a new syrupy Greek pastry in the final stages of testing, if it gets the thumbs up, you will find it at the upcoming markets! Stay tuned!
Stock Up Before We Go! ✈️
We’ll be taking a short break in July as we travel to
Karpathos, Greece to visit family and (of course) seek out new culinary inspiration. That means the oven will be off for a few weeks — so if you'd like to fill your pantry or freezer, the last order date is 1 July (for collection 2 July). We will be open again for new orders from 29 July.
We can't wait to bring home some fresh ideas, new flavours, and maybe even a few surprises for the menu…
